We stand behind every Alignra product. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us at support@getalignra.com and we'll issue a full refund. No return needed. No questions asked.

Returns
If you'd prefer to return your item, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible your item must be unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

To start a return contact us at support@getalignra.com. We'll send you instructions on where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@getalignra.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
